Following their good performances at the recent 2015 Australian Junior Age Division Championships held at the Capricorn Resort in Yepoon, both Brianna
and Josh Robards have been granted an exemption to represent Australia and compete in the Veritas World Junior 2015 AAU Junior Olympic Games – Golf

Brianna Robards

Brianna can be seen here receiving her silver medal for placing 2nd in the Girls 15/16yo  Division at the Australian Junior Age Division Golf Championships
from legendary coach and mentor to Greg Norman, Charlie Earp, the Tournament Patron.

Played on a very difficult Championship course at Capricorn Resort from the normal tee markers, with 80cm first cut rough, many scores were recorded
in the 100’s.   Brianna had scores of 97, 89, 90 to finish 2nd.     Congratulations Brianna.

Josh played in the Boys 11/12yo Division at Capricorn Resort and had scores of 78, 83, 82 to finish a very creditable 5th.  Again, well
done Josh

As well as being selected to play in the Veritas World Junior 2015 AAU Junior Olympic Games – Golf Championships, whilst in the USA, Josh will
also be playing in the 2015 IMG Academy Jr World Golf Championships. These Championships are to be held from July 13-17 at the Sycuan Golf Resort
and Torrey Pines Golf Courses near San Diego, USA. These Championships were formerly known as the Callaway Jr World Masters.

Both Josh and Brianna will represent the Belmont Golf Club and their respective Newcastle District Associations and we wish them every success during
their time in America.
